Company Policies and Procedures

  • Written policies will ensure order in the workplace.
  • These Policies and Procedures are primarily based on South African Case Law.
  • Policies and Procedures are written for the specific needs of each client.

Skills Development Reporting

  • Conduct annual skills audits to establish skills development needs per employee.
  • Compilation of Workplace Skills plan.
  • This is the Company’s “Training plan” for the SETA’s financial year, in accordance with the reporting requirements, to claim skills levies from the SETA.
  • Compilation of Annual Training Report.
  • Submission of the Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report.

Employment Equity Reporting

  • Compilation and submission of Strategy / Plan and Reports.
  • Analysis of Company’s existing policies, procedures and practices to identify possible barriers to Employment Equity and to compile plans of action to eliminate such.
  • Analysis of Company’s profile in terms of Race, Sex, Gender, Disability and Occupational Levels.
  • Awareness session with Company’s employees to explain Employment Equity.

Dispute Resolution

  • CCMA representation.
  • Chairing of Disciplinary Hearings and Handling of Grievances.
  • Facilitation of Company Restructuring.
  • Facilitation of Wage Negotiations.
  • Etc.

Occupational Health and Safety Act

  • Development and implementation of management systems for certification of:
    • Occupational Health and Safety Management - OHSAS 18001:2007.
    • Environmental Management - ISO 14001:2004.
    • Asset Management - PAS55 soon to be ISO 55001.
    • Energy management - ISO 50001:2011.
    • 2nd and 3rd party audits.
  • For clients not interested in certification:
    • Customised OHS - and Environmental management systems to suit operational needs and to ensure legal compliance.
    • OHS and environmental Risk / Impact assessments.
    • Consultation on any specific OHS or Environmental matter.
    • Emergency response plans.
    • Investigation of Accidents / Incidents.
    • Etc.
  • Training in the following:
    • Health and safety representative duties as per legal requirements.
    • Accident reporting and investigations.
    • Risk assessment procedures and methodologies.



Risk Management

  • Design Fraud, Corruption and Theft policy.
  • Evaluate and investigate risks and loop holes in the work place.
  • Conduct forensic investigation.
  • Etc.

Black Economic Empowerment (BEE)

  • Assemble information of financial year and present into a format which will ensure maximum points per element.
  • Develop and implement strategies in current and future financial years that will improve Company scores.
  • Ensure issuing of BEE certificate by reputable Verification Agency.
